"Homative," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Homative LLC, the operator of homative.com (the "Site"). Homative is a home-improvement matching service that connects homeowners with pre-screened local contractors across roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, and gutters.

Information we collect

When you use the Site or request a quote, we may collect:

• Information you provide. Service type, project details, zip code, email address, phone number, and any other details you submit through our quote forms.
• Automatically collected information. IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Information from partners. We may receive information about the status of a match or quote from contractors and partners in our network.

How we use your information

• To match you with up to three pre-screened local contractors for your project.
• To contact you about your request — including by phone, text, email, autodialer, or pre-recorded message, where you have consented (see "Your communication consent" below).
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

How we share your information

We share the information you provide with:

• Matched contractors. The pre-screened contractors and quote partners (including our matching partner) who serve your project type and area, so they can contact you with quotes.
• Service providers. Vendors that help us operate the Site, such as hosting, analytics, and communication providers, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety. Where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Homative, our users, or others.

Your communication consent (TCPA)

When you submit a quote request, you agree to be contacted by Homative and the matched contractors at the phone number and email you provide — including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or pre-recorded voice, and text message. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may ask any caller to place you on their internal do-not-call list.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality.

Your choices and rights

• Access and correction. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
• Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Marketing opt-out. You may opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
• California residents have additional rights described in our CCPA notice.

Data retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements — including a record of your consent. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
